IBM TechXchange is a comprehensive learning hub and community for IBM product users, offering training, certifications, and expert access through online resources and events. The main annual event, the IBM TechXchange Conference, is a major technical learning event for developers and technologists, featuring hands-on labs, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities.

Conference Website

My role involved contributing to the front-end development of the TechXchange 2025 web experience—particularly the conference homepage. I built key sections such as the dynamic event countdown, speaker highlights, and sponsor showcase to support audience awareness and event marketing efforts.

This development work centered on maximizing performance, clarity, and accessibility. Emphasis was placed on rendering logic, reusability, and responsive layouts to support content updates throughout the pre-event, live-event, and post-event phases.

IBM Community

The Community platform integrates with Higher Logic (HL) to provide structured spaces for peer discussion, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. In addition to supporting these community interaction areas, I also contributed to the development and optimization of pages and flows related to:

  • Community Events management
  • User Groups management
  • Digital Credentials & Badging

Development & Design Integration

One of my primary contributions was bridging the gap between design and engineering teams to ensure consistency and efficiency across delivery. This included:

  • Organizing and managing Figma handoffs to improve communication and clarity
  • Participating in design ideation and UX discussions
  • Conducting visual QA to ensure design fidelity
  • Improving responsive behavior and polishing UI details
